The Division's initial wave of models will be launched at the Lawns and Beaulieu shows in September.

Since the announcement that the BK Bluebird manufacturing site at Poole, Dorset was to cease production, trade customers have been consulted to establish the strength and value of the BK Bluebird brand, whilst the viability of establishing future production at the Willerby production facility, located in Hull was fully assessed.

Following this consultation exercise it was established that the BK Bluebird name continues to embody a strong heritage and reputation for delivering unique holiday homes that appeal to a wide audience. In addition it was established that there was widespread industry concern regarding the reduction in product choice following the closure of a number of key manufacturers.

Therefore the decision was reached to reinvigorate the brand and launch a new division to develop the BK Bluebird range, with a remit to combine all of the exceptional elements from the most successful BK Bluebird products of recent times, whilst leveraging the most advanced and efficient production facilities and buying power in the industry.

Work is progressing well on the development of the initial 2010 model range line-up whilst customers are being consulted regarding the second phase development programme. With manufacturing scheduled for late summer 2009, the BK Bluebird models will provide an even greater choice to the customer.
